1. Acceptance

Using the life-italianstyle.com website means you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Products & Pricing

Prices are shown in Euros, VAT included. Italian Life Style reserves the right to change prices at any time. An order is considered accepted once confirmed by email.

3. Payment

We accept credit/debit cards through the secure Nexi XPay platform (your card details are entered only on Nexi's protected pages and never pass through our servers) as well as Cash on Delivery, with a €5.00 surcharge.

4. Shipping

We ship throughout Italy. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Shipping costs €7.50 and is free with a minimum of €49.00 in supplements or €79.00 in total cart value; the Cash on Delivery surcharge always applies separately.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt (Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014). The product must be unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective products.

6. Liability

Life products are food supplements and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or medical treatment. Consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

7. Jurisdiction

Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection law.
